De RME Fireface UFX is een absolute alleskunner van formaat. Dit interface kan namelijk gebruikt worden als 4-kanaals preamp, 12-kanaals AD/DA-convertor, 30-kanaals audio-interface en monitorcontroller. Stand-alone of via firewire 400 of USB2.0 aan een computer met bijvoorbeeld Reaper, Logic, Protools of Cubase. En dit alles in 24-bit/192kHz.
